**CITY LAW FIRM** Construction Solicitor 1-3PQE

An established City firm with an excellent reputation in the Real Estate sector are looking to hire a Construction solicitor between the 1-3PQE mark to undertake a mixed role. The firm can offer first rate training, a close-knit and collegiate culture and the chance to undertake both contentious and non-contentious work.

The team work with a broad array of clients including; developers, funders and high net worth individuals. On the non-contentious side, the new joiner will be expected to draft bespoke and standard form contracts, negotiate sale/purchase/lease/development agreements and advise on a full range of construction matters. On the contentious side, the successful candidate will be involved in adjudications and alternative dispute resolution regarding delay claims, construction insolvency, professional indemnity and quality of build disputes.

The firm are looking to hire a lawyer with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience from within a leading regional, City or International firm. Experience of both non-contentious and contentious construction work would be preferred but is not a pre-requisite for the role.
