My client , a top tier investment bank, are looking to hire a mid-level Corporate M&A lawyer to join their legal team in London.

This role will require general M&A experience (both public and private), with a preference for experience with M&A transactions in various EMEA jurisdictions. Fluency in European languages would be a plus

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4PQE from a top law firm or financial services organisation and a solid understanding of corporate M&A transactions.
