My client, a top asset manager, is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their London legal team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include

  • providing a advice on a range of commercial legal matters including crypto and financial regulation, investments, prospectuses, shareholder agreements, Group structures, acquisitions as well as IP and data protection
  • supporting the General Counsel by providing innovative solutions to practical legal issues as well as collaborating with Compliance and other key business stakeholders

The ideal candidate would have previous experience providing legal support from a top tier law firm or equivalent financial services organisation.
