This leading luxury beauty brand now has an opportunity for a Head of Governance and Compliance to join the international legal team, based in Central London.

About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an iconic brand in a newly created position. You will be responsible for managing the company’s corporate structure and company secretarial requirements globally; you will also roll out governance frameworks and ensure global monitoring and compliance of these policies. You will manage the company secretarial reporting for all international entities and support the business in advising on share schemes an incentives.

About You

Ideally, you will have excellent knowledge and experience of the requirements of publicly listed companies as well as governance experience also of PLCs. Any consumer or retail experience in this sphere would be highly regarded. A corporate lawyer with excellent knowledge of corporate structures and PLCs looking to move into a governance position would also certainly be of interest. This is a business facing position and the ability to develop relationships as well as coach and advise the business on an international basis is also key.
