Job Details
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced corporate administrators to manage the affairs of assigned portfolios of blue chip corporate clients. Typical CoSec duties like keeping up to date corporate records and completing the regulatory filing activity will be central to the role.
The successful candidates will be self-motivated and have excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also have at least three years of corporate administration experience and will ideally have their full ICSA (or equivalent) qualification. Candidates with a law degree and three years of relevant experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
