Associate/Senior Associate - Property Disputes - 5+ PQE - Chelmsford

Our client are a highly regarded regional firm and they are seeking an experienced Property Disputes Associate to join their Property Litigation team based in Chelmsford

You will take on a full and varied caseload of matters including Commercial and residential landlord and tenant, Strategic land transactions,  Adverse possession, Private rights of way, Restrictive covenants, Mortgage Repossession and Property related insolvency.

Experience in Leasehold enfranchisement would be an advantage but is not essential.

The successful candidate will need to have at least 5+ years' experience gained in a strong regional or city firm. You will support the head of the team, as well as supervise and develop junior team members and contribute more widely to the team and its growth on a firm wide basis.

You will be expected to play an active role in business development as well as being able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
