EMPLOYMENT LAWYER - STAND ALONE PRACTICE - 1400 HOURS (NQ-3PQE)

Our client, a unique City law firm are looking for an NQ-3PQE Associate to join their expanding Employment practice.

The firm's Employment practice is highly recognised by legal directories and has a strong reputation for providing advice to employers within the FS and Professional Services sector. The team also handles both tribunal and High Court litigation and corporate support only accounts for no more than 10% of the practice.

The firm offer a friendly working environment and a cohesive culture and a well balanced team, made up of 5 partners, 2 Legal Directors 1 Senior Associate, 6 Associates, 2 Trainees and a PSL. Associates can expect to receive high levels of training and support, good client contact and a good work life balance, with chargeable targets set at just 1400 hours per annum. The firm also offers 50% working from home.

The successful candidate is likely to have gained Employment experience NQ-3PQE working for a recognised City firm, or a heavy-weight regional practice, as well as a strong academic record.
