Job Details
Based in Berkshire but the company does offer hybrid / flexible opportunities. Some of the team work in the office a couple of days a week, others only come in for key meetings a couple of times a quarter. They want people to be able to work in the best environment for them.
The successful candidate will:
- Review, draft and negotiate a diverse range of commercial agreements including but not limited to, software, technology, media and data licensing agreements
- Advise the business in respect of other legal and commercial matters
- Have post-qualification experience gained in a well-regarded law firm and / or industry experience in business services, technology, software or professional services
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
