Serious Injuries Lawyer - Hybrid working

CRA are working in partnership with a leading Personal Injury law firm based in West Yorkshire. The firm in question are looking to grow their teams and are looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Serious Injury department.

The Role:

You will advise clients of the firm on their personal injuries, often arising from life changing and traumatic accidents;
The case-load will be mostly RTA based and will include often technical issues and complex quantum matters;
You will also supervise a team within the department;
You will provide the highest level of client care and ensure that a high quality service is delivered to clients at all times;
You will ensure that cases progress as efficiently and swiftly as possible; and
Work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure consistent practices throughout the firm.

The Person:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with 8 years or more PQE;
You will have a proven track record of managing your own caseload of Serious Injury cases and will ideally have supervised a team;
You will have excellent litigation skills and an excellent working knowledge of the litigation and court processes;
You will be committed to the principles of client care;
Able to work independently but also as part of a team;
Competent using a case management system and the main Microsoft office packages;
Have excellent attention to detail at all times;
You will be able to deal with challenging situations and often changing circumstances;
You will have excellent organisation skills and able to work to often tight deadlines; and
You will have excellent negotiation skills and a determination to secure the best outcome for your client.
