Job Details
We are assisting a new entrant US Firm to the London market who are looking to grow at Partner level in numerous practice areas. A collegiate Firm where Partners work closely across departments the Firm currently has 12 UK based lawyers but is seeking further support on both the transactional and contentious side.
Clients of the Firm read like a Who's Who of Fortune 500 companies with some of the largest organisations in the world using the Firm's Partners.
The ideal Candidates need a strong pedigree, ideally from other US or leading UK Firms and with a proven track record of work generation. In return the successful Partners will receive a significant comp and free reign to grow their practice as they see fit with a flexible working arrangement and no target hours.
All of the Firm's network and services will be at their disposal and individuals will take home a significant portion of the fees that they generate meaning those with a substantial practice can earn considerable sums per annum.
This Firm have been growing prudently over the last few years, plugging gaps in their offering by taking on highly-regarded laterals from other leading US and International Firms.
Requirements:
- UK or US Qualified only
- At least 3 Years at Partner level
- US, Magic/Silver Circle or Upper Mid-Market previous experience
- Strong track record of work introduced (min $600,000 p/a)
