Job Details
A well known Midlands based business is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team on an interim basis, for an initial period of 3 months.
Due to a recent restructure and significant growth, the business has seen an increase in workload and requires support from an experienced Commercial Lawyer.
Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will work in a small team of In-house Lawyers and draft and review a variety of supplier and customer contracts.
Applications are invited from Commercial Lawyers with significant experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements including supplier contracts and T&Cs. You will be able to work autonomously and be confident in hitting the ground running with an interim assignment.
It is likely the successful individual will have more than 5 years PQE, but all applications will be considered.
The business is based in Leamington Spa but can offer a large degree of flexible working and working from home.
