The Role:
This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds.
Your caseload will be diverse, including Covenant breaches, debt restructuring, capital restructuring, supply chain issues, asset tracing, liquidations, cross-border recovery and more.
You will act for Banks and other lending institutions, Private equity companies, Investment funds, Creditors, Retailers, Healthcare suppliers, Charities and Commercial organisations, many of which have a multi-jurisdictional element.
Requirements:
- You will be a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- You will have an ambition to take ownership of and proactively progress a varied caseload
- You will be comfortable working in a close-knit, collaborative environment with a desire to get involved in business development
