Fantastic opportunity to join what is reputed to be the number 1 firm in the region for HNW PC work. The team sits within a top 50 firm, and has a strong local and national reputation.

Due to continued growth, they are now expanding, and looking to recruit an ambitious, bright and energetic lawyer who wants to be part of the team. You will work alongside some of the best lawyers in the field, who will continue to train and mentor you through these early years as a lawyer.  Much of their work has a rural HNW angle, so an interest in expanding your experience into this area would be welcome.  Ongoing training and support will be given to help you gain rural knowledge.

Work within the team includes taking instructions and preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust, Administration of Estates, succession planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation planning, creation, administration and winding up of trusts.  Experience in all these areas isn't required as you will be fully supported.
