Senior Legal, Privacy & Compliance Counsel - Part-time

The Opportunity

The role is very broad in content and spans across all activities within Legal, Data Privacy and Governance, and suit someone that enjoys a diverse working portfolio and working closely with the business in an advisory capacity.

This role sits on the Board of Directors and will involve you offering strategic input to a broad range of Legal, Data Privacy and Governance matters effecting the global business, whilst interacting with legal - both internal and external - colleagues across the globe. 

Based in North London, they offer a very flexible working arrangement where you are trusted to manage your own time and schedule and suit someone that’s looking for flexible working arrangements. 

This position can also be offered on either a full-time, or part-time basis, depending on the expectations and requirements of the candidate. The team come in once a week for meetings in their North London office.

Due to the breadth of this role, training and support will be offered to those candidates that require support around Compliance and Governance matters, including Company Secretarial.

About You

You’ll be a seasoned lawyer, ideally with in-house experience, and have good working knowledge of Data Privacy legislation. 

We are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with a solutions orientated, can-do attitude, who can research and navigate complex problems and communicate these matters to non-technical stakeholders.

You’ll also need a strong appetite for learning and personal development.
