Job Details
Highly successful bio-pharmaceutical company now seeks a further counsel to join their small but expanding legal team.
Reporting to the senior Counsel, the role will have a commercial focus including advising and supporting the business on legal affairs, the drafting and negotiation of a range of commercial contracts as well as broader issues covering contentious matters, compliance, IP and privacy.
You will be a qualified solicitor with strong commercial experience, whilst some exposure to the healthcare industry would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
The role will be based in Cambridge but could be only 1-2 days in the office.
