The finance practice at this Top 30 UK firm is positively flourishing; its leveraged and acquisition finance team is a key area of growth and can offer clear career progression opportunities. It seeks an associate at 1-4pqe with a solid finance background and excellent academics. The team acts for lenders, private equity houses and corporate borrowers on domestic and international financing transactions across a wide range of sectors. You will work closely with partners and get real hands on responsibility on all aspects of transactions. The firm has recently increased salaries significantly, with a respectable hours target of 1650.
