Australian/NZ Corporate Associates – Considering a Move to London in 2022? UK/US Firms Recruiting

We are working with a number of leading firms in London, including Magic Circle, White Shoe US and Silver Circle firms, who are recruiting into their Corporate Practices and are interested in hearing from star Australian and NZ candidates.

Operating at the very top of the rankings, the majority of these firms have strength across the board in terms of public and private M&A, private equity and equity capital markets. 

However, there is a particular need for candidates with a private equity background, as well as more broad candidates with a range of M&A and ECM experience.  The nature of the candidate’s experience will determine which firms may be interested in speaking to them.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of post-admission experience in one of the top domestic firms (ideally one of the ‘big 6’).  Excellent academics are also required, and it will be a significant advantage if the candidate possesses an ancestral or other type of visa which enables them to work in the UK without sponsorship.
