Job Details
The role will involve working on a variety of Real Estate Finance matters, advising both lenders and borrowers, including family offices with real estate heavy portfolios and Private Equity Houses with lending arms.
The team has excellent training opportunities, with numerous know-how sessions, formal development programmes, and access to two PSLs.
Post Covid-19, the partners are clear that flexibility is key. The aim is to run a hybrid working model, where associates spend 50% of their time in the office and 50% of their time working from home.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and technical lawyer to join a pioneering Real Estate Finance team. It’s a fantastic place to work, with approachable and collegiate partners, and a non-hierarchical structure. Associates are encouraged to be entrepreneurial and progressive from the outset, and the team is very social and supportive.
