Fantastic opportunity to join highly regarded team who are recruiting into their commercial and technology team. Our client is looking for a Commercial Associate to join their team specialising in technology and outsourcing work. Working with a varied client base, you will be advising on a whole range of commercial needs and helping them to achieve their commercial goals.
This team is recognised nationally for this work and is ranked as Tier 1 in the Legal 500. This team advise on large IT outsourcing arrangements, software and hardware licensing, support contracts, escrow, cloud solutions and any maintenance. They also work on the full spectrum of data protection and privacy matters - including e - communications.
You will be a qualified solicitor and have commercial experience from a recognisable firm. With at least 2 years' PQE, you will have a background to include drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts and commercial agreements.
