COMMERCIAL / TECHNOLOGY LAWYER - 2-3 PQE

This highly rated mid-tier City and national law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving Commercial & Technology practice in London. Working as part of a dynamic and high-performing team, the role will entail advising on/preparing a wide variety of commercial contracts and commercial matters, including terms and conditions, bespoke contracts for the sale and purchase of goods and services, framework agreements and call-off contracts (in particular in relation to IT goods and services). You'll also be advising on data protection and other regulatory matters that typically are relevant to private companies and their businesses (for example regulations regarding supply of goods and service to consumers, and the use of websites and marketing materials); outsourcing arrangements and collaboration agreements for both private and public sector clients; and on ad hoc day-to-day commercial enquiries from corporate clients.
