Property Litigation Lawyer, 2+PQE, 6-12 month FTC

We are currently working with a remarkable London Firm with an enviable reputation for their Property Litigation work.

The team are looking to hire a Property Litigation Lawyer for a contract of 6-12 months to work on a full range of commercial and residential property disputes, acting for both landlords and tenants. Their expertise covers breaches of covenant, dilapidations, right to manage, service charge disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, business tenancy renewals, the electronic communications code, right to light, as well as residential and commercial possession claims.

Candidates are likely to have over two years' post admission experience obtained from notable West End or City firms.

This contract represents a superb opportunity for the successful individual to further their Property Litigation career with an esteemed team and well-respected commercial law firm within the market and known for its collaborative working culture. The contract is to start ASAP.
