Job Details
Our client are seeking qualified lawyers with experience of Lending and Loan Trading for a commercial lending document review
Main duties willl be to
- Review loan agreements per month against a predefined template of questions capturing key data points
- Reflect amendments and waivers, refinancing’s, IBOR transition-related moves to RFRs, obligor accessions/resignations and compliance with covenants
- Review, draft and negotiate wholesale lending agreements, many of which are complex syndicated deals (majority are LSTA or LMA - we expect to see APLMA and other forms as this is a global exercise)
- Work on leveraged deals, ABL, REF and general corporate lending and investment grade facilities
- Work on less complex deals, like the client's bilateral and uncommitted facilities
- Work on credit agreement and ancillary documentation
Remuneration will be based on a competative day rate. You must be available at short notice.
