REAL ESTATE (RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT) PSL - 4+ PQE

This highly rated mid-tier City and national law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Real Estate lawyer to join their thriving Commercial Real Estate practice in a PSL capacity. Real Estate is a core focus for this highly rated firm, from investment and management of existing assets to major development and regeneration schemes, about 60% of their lawyers practice full-time in the sector across a wide range of disciplines, with their multidisciplinary team advising on investment and development across commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use real estate, with a strong inward investment practice. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing professional support team that look after the knowledge management and professional support needs of this large-scale, national Real Estate department. The role can be based in either London, Birmingham, Manchester or Exeter, and will entail a full and varied range of high-level supporting activities, from precedents to know-how, marketing and training.
