Commercial Solicitor2+ PQEBerkshireExcellent SalaryFantastic opportunity for a junior Commercial Solicitor to join at Top Tier team in the South East, but noted for its expertise nationwide. Joining a Top 50 award winning Law Firm and top tier for Commercial, you will be working closely with friendly approachable Partners who offer high quality work on both national and international transactions including advising on national and international infrastructure projects.Our client advises across various sectors, with particular focus on the energy, healthcare, transport, telecoms and financial services. Other areas of strength include retail and manufacturing. They are known for outstanding expertise in advising on highly complex commercial contracts across these sectors. This role will provide opportunities to work within the energy/utilities and transport sectors in particular. You will be working on matters including procurements of high value or innovative equipment, outsourcing projects and long-term services agreements for services such as warehousing, logistics and facilities management. This is a broad role, involving working across the team so there will be exposure to IT/IP work if this is of interest.If you are bright, ambitious, and have at least 2 years post qualification experience in commercial law this could be your idea role.
