Corporate Senior Associate, Bristol
New - an excellent opportunity a senior associate level Corporate Lawyer to join a top 100 firm right in the heart of Bristol city centre.
This is an exciting role where the quality of work is excellent, the team is both expert and supportive, and there is real potential for you to develop an outstanding career at a leading firm. The work will be interesting and varied, and will include the usual diet of sales and purchases of shares and assets, management buy outs and buy ins, shareholder agreements, partnership and LLP work, and a range of corporate support work as required supporting other core teams within the firm.
The ideal candidate will have had some experience working within a strong Corporate department already and will be looking for that next step up the ladder. My client is very busy with new workstreams and there is the opportunity to get involved in existing work. However, this is also a role where the firm are very supportive of lawyers looking to develop a specialism.
This is a role where there are clear progression prospects and there are no constraints about the timing of this or about competition from others in the team. Equally, this is a firm where, if you are happy operating at a senior associate level, but have no desire to progress to partnership then this is something that is supported too.
