THE ROLE
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer at Senior Associate level to join a well established legal 500 law firm.
The postholder will be responsible for advising a high profile client base on a range of commercial issues, including high value and complex contracts, procurement contracts, agency and distribution agreements in addition to more general IT and outsourcing contacts.
Candidates with experience of tenders and supply chain contracts would be of particular interest.
The role will carry responsibility for client development and organisational development
