Bristol
We are working with a Top 50 law firm in their recruitment for a corporate finance solicitor with atleast 2 years' PQE. This corporate finance solicitor will be joining a top tier ranked team work on an exceptional level of work.
This corporate finance solicitor will be advising on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and equity capital markets amongst other things, working for a range of national and international clients in both the public and private sector. The work spans multiple sectors including transport, energy, technology and finance, making it a varied and exciting area to work in.
