A fresh opportunity exists for a Legal Advisor to join a fast-paced, global aviation company that are innovating across their industry with help from their award-winning team.
About the role;
Reporting to the Head of Legal (IT and Digital), you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of IT and outsourcing agreements including software licenses, SaaS agreements, and data analytics. You will also be responsible for providing advice and strategy to the IT and digital teams. Within an established legal function, you will advise and influence the business, and communicate with a range of stakeholders and other teams across the company.
About you;
You must be a qualified solicitor between NQ-3PQE. Ideally, you will have a strong commercial contracts background with an IT focus, though not necessarily an IT background. It would be useful to have experience advising on IP issues and knowledge of other legal issues such as GDPR. This role is for an individual with a keen interest in technology, aviation and travel wishing to progress their career.
