The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Associate 2-5 PQE to join the team in the firm's flagship office based in the City of London.

The work will involve equity capital markets, so prior experience of this aspect of corporate law is required.

You will also handle a broad array of corporate matters, including M&A, debt and equity, pre-IPO placements and IPOs as well as advising on corporate governance regulatory compliance.

The work will provide unrivalled client exposure with the opportunity to work directly alongside award winning Partners recognised as leaders in the industry by the Legal 500.

This role will suit someone wanting to progress their career with a prestigious Top 50 UK firm.

  • You will be a Corporate Associate 2-5 PQE
  • You will ideally have qualified from a top City or West End practice (although applications will still be considered from a regional heavyweight background, for instance)
  • This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
  • You should ideally have achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree.
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package.
