Corporate PSL - TOP US FIRM
This is a fabulous opportunity for a corporate lawyer with at least 4pqe to join a top US law firm as its sole Corporate PSL, on a 3 day per week basis. You will support the UK corporate practice which is active in a broad range of transactional and capital markets matters. The role involves standard forms and precedents, current awareness, training, dealing with queries, and taking a lead role in technology and innovation. Previous PSL experience is preferred but not essential. An excellent academic background, experience from a leading City or US firm, and a positive can do attitude are key.
