Job Details
Our client's Palo Alto office are looking for an associate to join its labor & employment practice group.
This global team are go-to advisors in corporate counseling, and investigations that affect their clients and their employee-related policies and procedures.
This is an opportunity for a California licensed attorney with 3-6 years' cross-border experience to counsel clients in employment-related issues arising out of U.S. and multinational corporate transactions.
The work is phenomenal, whether negotiating and drafting sophisticated executive employment agreements, separation agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements, to counseling employers on reductions-in-force, discrimination charges and lawsuits, collective bargaining agreements and internal investigations.
