Exciting opportunity for a corporate / commercial lawyer to join a successful distribution business headquartered in London. You'll benefit from a mixed corporate and commercial workload and join a distribution business with an exceptional culture.

About the Role:
Reporting to the General Counsel, your role will include the following:
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Negotiating and Drafting of Commercial Agreements, including sales and purchase agreements
- Corporate Duties: corporate filings; adding/removing of Directors etc.
- Compliance including drafting policies relating to competition law etc.
This role will be varied and would most benefit someone who is looking to complete both corporate M&A work but also commercial contracts.
About You:
You will have roughly 2-5 years PQE and will have either trained in private practice or in-house within a relevant sector.
You will have experience both with corporate M&A work and commercial contracts/agreement or be working within corporate with a secondment to a commercial team.
