The Opportunity

This highly successful corporate team is ready to grow again with a senior hire. It is intended that you will subsequently become a partner and follow in the footsteps of others who have taken the same route.

This is a very collegiate and engaged team who work closely together and support each other. The team is made up of magic circle, major City and large regional law firm (and home-grown) partners and lawyers so credibility and quality of experience is high.

You will work directly with a diverse range of major business clients across multiple sectors, both nationally and internationally. You can be guaranteed challenging, varied and interesting work including: venture capital and private equity; joint ventures; mergers & acquisitions; reorganisations; and fundraisings, amongst others.

With a proven track record as a corporate lawyer you will be eager to make your mark and advance your career. Ready to take on more responsibility and to manage more junior lawyers.
