The Role

This firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE to join their team in line with their growth plans in Birmingham.

The Commercial Property team has been a pillar of the legal department at the organisation and is currently thriving. They deal with a broad caseload that will offer a stimulating and rewarding level of work, acting with major developers on large scale projects.

The team works on a variety of matters that includes acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial developments, options to purchase, commercial leases and renewals, joint ventures and BSA's & transfers.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 15 years PQE
  • You will have excellent team and communication skills
  • You will have a strong desire for progression and career development
  • You should enjoy and be confident in business development
