Job Details
An outstanding opportunity has arisen at our client, an Elite US City law firm for a Corporate & Private Equity PSL for 12 months. The role has arisen as the team is extremely busy, and needs additional support.
This role sits in the Infrastructure team, and you will work very closely with the Partner and two PSL's. This is a broad PSL role, and you will be able to handle some fee-earning work if you wish.
The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 6+ PQE. The firm is open to corporate & private equity solicitors who are looking to move into a PSL role, or an existing corporate & private equity PSL. Experience in private equity transactions is essential gained at a Top 50 or US/International City law firm.
The role is ideally 5 days a week, however, the firm will consider individuals seeking to work 4 days a week.
You must be a qualified solicitor to be considered for this role. Individuals qualified in common law jurisdictions are welcome to apply.
