Excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house lawyer, to join a well-known retail brand. Although you'll be responsible for providing specialist support to the UK and Ireland operations, you'll be part of a global legal team. In return you'll benefit from working for a global retail organisation that hold a strong market reputation.
About the Company:
We are exclusively supporting a global manufacturing and retail business who have a strong global presence and hire a large employee base worldwide. They continue to dominate the market space and are looking to expand their current legal team.
Role Overview:
This role will provide legal support and guidance to the UK and Ireland operations. You will benefit from a varied role covering a range of in-house responsibilities including;
* Drafting of commercial contracts including supplier, marketing, and advertising documents
* Assisting with M&A transactions
* Advising the business of a range of commercial matters including consumer and advertising rules
* Supporting ecommerce activities and assisting with regulatory and licensing requirements
This role would best suit someone who has broad in-house experience and has ideally worked in private practice. You'll be confident in liaising with senior level management and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an advisory we would welcome applications from lawyers of 2-5 PQE but less/more PQE may be considered if you suit the role requirements.
