Corporate structuring Paralegal with 2 years strong experience  sought to join a UK law firm in Dubai. A fantastic opportunity for a high calibre Paralegal to join a high end practice to undertake a broad mix of corporate work. The firm has an excellent client-base internationally and within the Middle East region, so the position will involve acting on major transactions both within the UAE, cross-border in the Middle East and further afield. As a key part of the corporate practice you will be involved with transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital , along with JV's, corporate structuring etc. This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal  to work in a law firm in the Middle East or looking to relocate from London. Highly attractive tax fee rates of remuneration and package on offer to join the firm. The firm has seen a good flow of work and transactions for 2021, so an ongoing position, with relocation to Dubai open or to join as soon as able.
