This internationally renowned Top 50 firm is seeking a Banking and Finance Solicitor to join its prestigious ranks.

The Role:

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Banking and Finance Solicitor NQ-4 PQE to join their London office.

This is a unique, exciting chance to join a leading UK Law firm where a lot of the work is international.
The ideal individual would have previous experience of working at a large firm with an established Banking and Finance team. The role is primarily non-contentious.

Work will include bilateral and syndicated secured and unsecured lending, trade finance, banking regulation and compliance, money laundering regulations and sanctions work.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have some experience in trade finance, letters of credit, receivable financing an understanding of regulatory capital and how insurance and non-payment insurance is used.

Candidates are encouraged to apply even if their experience does not cover all of these areas. The firm is well-positioned to offer the necessary training and development.

Person specification:

  • You will be a Banking and Finance Solicitor NQ-4 PQE
