CRA Consulting are recruiting for a leading national organisation who are looking to recruit a Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for those private client/probate professionals who are interested in joining an award winning organisation, who provide a range of legal services to their clients. The organisation also offer extremely flexible working practices, with hybrid working available to the successful candidate.
The Role
- Managing your own caseload of estate administration matters from start to finish, you will provide legal advice to clients throughout their case;
- Drafting all relevant legal documentation for your client;
- Utilising the case management system in order to manage your clients cases efficiently and successfully;
- Liaising with clients of the firm in a variety of different ways, always ensuring that you provide the highest level of client care possible; and
- Working independently but also working as part of a team to ensure that collectively the team develops their knowledge and expertise and provides the highest level of care to clients.
The Person
Ideally you will:
- Have a good amount of previous experience advising clients on probate and estate administration matters, ideally with experience of dealing with taxable estates;
- Be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with STEP qualification;
- Be confident using a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems;
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to clients and understand their legal concerns;
- Be a team player, who can work successfully alongside colleagues in the team;
- Have excellent organisation skills; and
- Be able to follow and apply all relevant case-law and relevant legislation and regulations.
