CRA Consulting are working with a leading East Midlands law firm who are looking to recruit Commercial Litigation Solicitors/Fee-earners to join their offices in Derby, Mansfield, Nottingham and/or Chesterfield.
The Role:
Working alongside an existing and well regarded team of Dispute Resolution Lawyers you will advise a range of clients, including individuals and commercial entities.
The Person:
Ideally you will:
- Have a minimum of 4 years PQE working in this field of law as a fee-earner, advising on a range of dispute resolution matters; Be either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive; Be able to work in an often fast paced environment; Have excellent advocacy and negotiation skills; Be able to prioritise the needs of your client and ensure that you always provide the highest levels of client care; Be organised and able to work in time pressured environments, with often tight deadlines; Have excellent legal research skills and Be able to utilise a range of IT programmes and packages.
