Your new firm
This firm is a nationally recognised law practice who have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate solicitor, circa NQ - 3 PQE, to join their reputable team in Bristol. They pride themselves on their relationships with their clients and top quality work and are currently looking for an ambitious lawyer to join the team and add value to achieve further great results. This role offers a positive work life balance within a supportive and growing team.
Your new role
You will have corporate experience in a range of small to medium corporate transactions and be seeking to expand your skills and knowledge of larger transactions. You will be joining a professional, yet friendly team that are eager to grow and continue producing the highest quality of work for their growing client base; in particular they do lots of work within the Tech sector. You will be taking part in business acquisitions and disposals at a regional, national and international level. You will possess excellent communication and proven technical skills, and will need the ability to build strong relationships with clients that last. You will ideally be a solicitor with NQ - 3 PQE of good corporate experience, gained from a leading regional or national firm.
