THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a Solicitor c 5+ PQE with a strong commercial contracts/IT background
As a key member of an established in house legal team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of commercial and strategic advice to the business and the stakeholders.
The workload will be varied and will include negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, data protection work. technology agreements, terms of business and supply agreements in addition to handling general commercial legal matters throughout EMEA.
Due to the international nature of the role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside business teams in the UK and EMEA
