THE FIRM
A leading global law firm with an array of leaders in their fields both on the support and fee earner sides.
THE ROLE
A professional support lawyer is sought to join an award-winning and supportive team which requires up-to-date technical and practical knowledge of company law and corporate transactions.
The work will include significant marketing and business development support as well as professional support.
You will fulfil a PSL role in relation to the firm's telecoms practice and the associated production of knowhow materials, training, updates on developments, team, firm and client communications, engagement with BD, library, and coverage of other technology law more generally e.g., software and IT, and digitalisation transactions.
You will also respond to ad hoc queries regarding commercial contracts, IT and digitalisation transactions, telecoms and digital infrastructure transactions and regulation.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer 5pqe + ideally qualified in England & Wales, you will be experienced in telecoms and technology transactions, as well as commercial contracts. Flexible working is available.
