Corporate Associate (2-6 PQE) – JERSEY – Major Firm – Top Notch Work – Collegiate Team

A fantastic opportunity has presented for an ambitious and enthusiastic city associate to join the corporate team of this major offshore firm in Jersey. The practice have particular expertise in cross border M&A, JV’s, reorganizations, corporate finance, public offerings, listings, amalgamations, private equity and a full range of investment vehicles and regulatory work. The firm has asked us to source candidates with between 2-6 years post-qualified experience from London, Dublin or top UK regional firms.

First interview will be by telephone, the second an on-island visit. This will allow you to not only meet partners face to face but to explore the island.

The Channel Islands is a fantastic place to work and offers lawyers exposure to a truly international and blue chip client base whilst experiencing a work/life balance that most city lawyers only dream about. Salaries tend to be only slightly lower than city rates, however, the favourable tax structure means many lawyers come out in front financially.
