Job Details
Impressive City practice is hiring a real estate litigator to join the team. The firm focusses on property litigation matters, particularly those concerning commercial property – acting for both landlords and tenants.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in property litigation within a commercial setting
- Experience in litigation concerning commercial property (e.g. LTA 1954 matters) – acting for both landlords and tenants; Residential service charge and other landlord and tenant disputes; and Possession actions (CPR 55 and Part 8 claims). Our ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in property litigation within a commercial setting
- Solid academic background
- The ideal PQE level is 2-5
