The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their modern, and growing Leeds office, with a hybrid flexible working scheme in place.

You will deal with a broad client base covering many industry sectors, however there will be an initial focus on Retail. The award winning team work with large household names in the Retail sector, so from day one, you will be carrying out a high level caseload.

Their clients include builders, landowners, developers, property management companies, corporate occupiers, banks, lenders, investors and charities.

You will be provided with the tools to further develop your technical knowledge and daily tasks will involve sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, licenses to assign, investment and finance.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2 years + PQE
  • The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.

Remuneration

  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme
