Job Details
A unique opportunity at an investment management company who are looking to hire a corporate lawyer to support their venture capital team.
The successful candidate will be involved in reviewing legal agreements, due diligence reviews and general legal advice on a variety of matters relating to the private and public company investments managed by the client. In addition, they will be taking a lead on ESG matters.
Some experience of early stage/venture capital investment and/or listing rules would be advantageous.
This is a great opportunity for someone to carve out their own role and have room for the role to evolve.
