Job Details
Leading global law firm is looking for a mid to senior level banking lawyer with high quality experience in leverage finance to join the London office.
Work will include acquisition finance transactions, secured and unsecured lending, infrastructure financings, asset backed lending, investment fund financings, real estate finance and more. You will gain great exposure to a wide range of high-profile transactions and work from term sheet stage through to post-closing. The team is particularly looking for someone who enjoys building client relationships and is keen to develop their own client network with the support of the partners.
