Job Details
Our client is a leading UK regional law firm who are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 0-5 years' post-qualification experience to join their team focusing on residential development in Nottingham.
The team act for house builders, developers, housing associations, landowners, local authorities and investors on complex residential development transactions. As a junior solicitor within the team you can expect to routinely be involved in acquisitions and disposals, and conditional and unconditional contracts, supporting in transactions such as affordable housing (i.e. golden-brick), back-to-back sales, deeds of easement, infrastructure agreements, and service charge/maintenance agreements. There is also the opportunity to work on some more complex transactions including site-assembly, strategic land, overages, mixed-use schemes, institutional investment, portfolio charging and acquisitions.
To be considered for this role you will need to have gained up to 5 years' post-qualification experience within a real estate team, ideally working on residential development transactions.
