Personal Injury Lawyer

CRA are working in partnership with a leading national law firm, who are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer to join their highly successful litigation team in Stoke.

The role

You will advise clients and successfully litigate a range of Personal Injury Fast Track case including EL, PL and RTA cases, whilst working under supervision.

The Person

Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience of handling Fast Track Personal Injury claims;
• Experience of running your own caseload;
• The ability to work independently and make decisions on cases autonomously, but also enjoy working as part of a team;
• The attributes of a skilled and enthusiastic lawyer who is up to date with all relevant law and procedure and technically sound in this area of law;
• A commitment to delivering the highest quality of service and providing a high level of client care at all times;
• Excellent client care skills and be motivated and be determined to gain the best outcome for your client;
• The confidence to use a range of IT packages and programmes;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, in order to liaise with clients and third parties and progress the case; and
• Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills.
